Factors which may cause an increase to standard Fees
Fees may be the subject of an increased in the following situations:

The complexity of the matter involving detailed legal research

Lengthy representation and/or submissions

The number of applicants involved in the application

The volume of documents involved.

The need to involve, instruct and obtain an expert report
Immigration, Nationality, Asylum & Asylum Team
Anthony Mordi. A Solicitor and Partner. She was admitted in 2000 with 18 years post qualifying experience. Current hourly rate is £350.
Avis Johnson. A Solicitor and Partner. She was admitted in 2002 with 16 years post qualifying experience. Current hourly rate is £350
King Wyn. Consultant Barrister (non-practicing). He is a member of Lincolns Inn having been called to the English Bar in 2002. He has been working as a specialist Immigration, nationality, human rights and Asylum adviser and advocate ever since. He was the Principal of Wynnas Law Chamber (a specialist level 3 Immigration firm) between 2003 and 2007. He joined Mordi & Co in 2007 and his current time charge for litigation, appeal and judicial review is £350 per hour.
